My ads on other websites

    Hey guys,

Picture this: I am giving away free domains to webmasters in order to do whatever they want with them (except warez, p0rn, copywritten materials, etc), in exchange of an adsense banner in the header of that certain website. Supposing I have about 20 of these "customers". Does this break the AdSense TOS in any way?

    Thank you,

VERY risky in my opinion...are you going to continually keep track of these sites to make sure they don't do something stupid that could jeopardize your account?

To keep track of what happens with their website would be a HUGE problem. Imagine they order traffic from an autosurf program or they piss someone off and they click bomb the ads. It's not worth it IMO. The stress you'll have from putting your Adsense on someone else's website will keep you up at night.

Hell, sometimes I'm paranoid about my ads and thats with me having FULL CONTROL over the website -- now imagine not having control and multiply that by 20. It would be a stroke for me.

It might be best to have a banner leading to your site.

We're 4 different persons totalizing 3 different AdSense accounts. I just wanted to know if it's against the TOS to share ads with websites I don't own co-own :) I could easily check those websites from time to time to see if they don't do anything wrong.

I doubt they would order traffic generators since they're discussion forums, and I know most of the guys in real life.

    Thank you for the support.

Hrm. It seems a little gray for me to make any comments (I don't want to mislead you).

If these customers drive traffic to their sites which is not Adsense TOS compliant or they do not follow the placement rules then you'll have troubles. It's very risky.

I meant we are 4 persons. Me and three friends and three of us have adsense accounts (one doesn't).
Maybe I should test how it goes for a while with a few websites and a separate adsense account (one of my friends is willing to risk it).
Thank you for the support and answers. You have been of a great help.

If you are saying your friend is willing to risk it, I don't suggest doing it with your own account.

Just remember, if you put his Adsense on your website and he gets banned then you swap his for yours, you can say goodbye to your account.
