I created an ads and I added funds in my account but my ads is still under review since 4 days. Please check attached images.

What that means is that the're trying to get the attention of the owner of the site. a.k.a. "The big Kahuna".

 

is he hard to reach?

 

I believe that he has other business ventures. He doesn't come around that often, but hopefully he will be able to address your concerns in the next day or two.
