My Ads Don't Show Anymore - Why? Disappointed

I have an adwords account which works totally fine when tested it about 2 weeks ago. I'm quite new to online marketing...

I have seen many sell adwords voucher that works on new accounts. I said why not trying it since i'm yet not sure how is the market and do not want to risk, so i bought a voucher and opened a new account with new credit card info. However, my credit card holder's name is as same as the one in my first account. I uploaded my campaigns which i know that it should show up...

I paid for a $20 minimum from my credit card + the promotional code. Account now is up for 45 minutes, nothing is showing in preview tool. I know my keywords are totally related and ads quality is good since i spent alot of time on them.

1. Did i do something illegal? If yes,
2. What should i do? Should i contact Google Adwords and explain situation to them?
3. Do what i just did screwed my first primary account? - This second account will be kept also as a secondary one so i will be using both anyways.

I hope i'm not doing something wrong.

45 minutes isn't long enough for them to review a new account.

However, you're not supposed to have more than one account. If it was an honest mistake, contact them and explain. If you did it to use another 'introductory' voucher - you may be banned

 

I really doubt you were banned. It generally take them a lot longer to put the pieces together than 45 mins. Sometimes, it just takes a bit before the ads run for the first time...

 

i did the same thing , and it took hours and hours to show up. so don't worry.

 

mine doesnt show up at all, weird. Yesterday i set up the ads and enter max cpc number.

does i put max cpc is to little for the keyword i use ?
