First my adsense ads are showing in my blog-spot but yesterday I transferred my whole blog-spot to a custom domain now my ads are not showing on my custom domain and the age of my custom domain is more than 6 months. Please help me why my adsense are not showing on my custom domain.

You will need to follow these google instructions https://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=2534771&topic=2811251&ctx=topic
As Pro Blogger has hit the nail on the head. You have gone from a blogger hosted blog to a self hosted one, and now you have to submit the site for approval. This used to be a 'back door' way for fast adsense approval, as once approved in blogger you could then use the code on any other sites. Do this now and Voila! As you have found out you just get white space. You need to submit via the process in the link above for them to approve your site.
That said as one of the others has pointed out - Your sites not actually working. Submit that and you will get instantly rejected, likewise if it's a redirect it will most likely get rejected

It is may be because of any one or more following reasons,

    1. check your adsense status.
    2. did you altered ad code.
    3. Give some time, because the ad you created newly will take some hrs to show up.

I say, re-apply to AdSense, but take more care of your content.
I agree completely with (adsenseplr )
