my ads are not displaying , please help!

quality score is showing 7/10 but still i am not getting any impressions or clicks

i am getting following message on all of my keywords-

i created my adwords account 2 days ago, it has $50 balance,,, please help

 

2 days ago - so that was on Friday....
your new account needs to be reviewed, and it won't get done over the weekend.

usually google just review your ads, so they won't call you

 

ads are already approved, but i am not getting clicks and impressions

During a review they will check you and your account out. Have you filled out bogus information just to cash a Google Adsense check, they will look into your credit card and see that it matches your given address.

The process of being approved is two fold
The account in itself needs to be apporved, depending on if you sign up with a VCC or credit card from one of Googles blacklisted credit card providers you will have a tougher time getting approved.
Each ad you are going to be pushing needs to be approved and checked for disallowed/inappropriate language and so on.

How many keywords do you have? Are they grouped with different ads? this makes a difference it's better to have 10 keywords per ad than 1000 keywords per ad...they should be group properly and relevant based on the search results
