My admin Panel Wordpress Getting error

    Hello, I have Problem
    I have wordpress, Before i use cPanel then i transfered it to VPS ( Kloxo )
    but i have error,
    My Widget admin cant be edited :(
    cand Drag or anything
    any advice ???

    if you need Screen Shoot i will give it :D

    Can you let us know the exact error? I can be due to permission issue or memory problem.

    i have 256 Memory and 512 Burstable Memory
    so i think it's enough for 1 Blog Wordpress
