"Page Type" often refers to duplicate content. When you want to apply for Adsense, you are mainly trying to prove to Google that you are competent and capable of producing your own content on the internet. I'd think that is really all they want to see. So for approval, you really need an original site...and it looks like you need a 100% original site, because it seems many people are getting rejected offhand even with just a few copied articles on their site. You can also refer to

My blog has not copied content from any site. All the content is original. When I first applied for adsense then i got message with issue:
Pincode is not provided or incorrect.
    But i wrote correct pincode.
My brother's friend is in blogging more than 3 years. He told that you have not Copied content.

It seams you tend to get stories from other sites, rewrite them and than forget to specify the source.
Do you think this is fair ?! Keep in mind is not a bad thing to post your sources, is a professional thing.
Get a .com domain, this might increase adsense approval chances.
    Good luck!
