My ad now showing?

I set up two campaigns, one is showing the other is not.

    Its been about 18 hours.

The one that is not showing is for two keywords:
    - one has one ad from amazon (but not mine)
    - the other has no ads showing

I've checked it using the tool in google adwords but it doesnt say there is anything wrong with it.

    Any ideas?

It might not be showing due to your budget limitations. If you are using many words but only have a smaller budget for that industry, then Google will try to balance out how much your ad will be show during the day as they wouldn't want you to spend the budget by mid-day for example. Have you tried making repeated searches on the same keyword?

Is it also reaching the first page requirement bid?

My Avg. pos was 9 but there are no other ads on the page.

I've now upped my bid per click and is says:

    But I can't see it?

And have you ever been able to see it within that time period of 18 hours? Are you also getting any impressions or clicks?

On my work PC I can't see it but on my home PC I can see it.

Both using google.co.uk with the 'search the web' option selected.

Search impressions are: 173 with 0 clicks
Content impressions are: 1,278 with 1 click

Not exactly setting the world on fire!

True! I don't think adwords is the way forward for me but I will keep looking into it to get a better understanding.

Are those targets in your signature budgets used in Adwords or earnings online?
