It's very bad news dear; anyway you can do following
    1. Upgrade your old adsense account to new Adsense interface immediately
    2. Now authorize your verified website using site management
    3. Also send google a feedback message about this trouble so that they will be aware about your account
    4. Contact the rival who is using your ad code and warn him that you will report to DMCA also send spam report to Google webmaster tools
    5. And stop showing your adcode on your blogs until you get rid from this problem
Hope that it will help you...

This is really a bad situation for publisher if some one else copy his/her adsense code. You better use site authorization tool to show ads on sites which you authorize. I also suggest to block the right click option on your site. You can do it by placing a simple code in your webpage. you will find that code by searching on Google.

All browsers have a "view page source" option: AdSense publisher codes appear in clear text in the HTML and are not hidden.

No Need to worry, until and unless you have authorized those sites.... let them do what ever they want to...

As well go to setting and Site authorization and check how many sites are authorized there...

Go log I to your adsense account and under authorized websites put in the websites that you want your code to run on. If any other website gets your publisher-ID it will not work for them.
