    I have contact. and don't have solution.
    Must I join again. or?
    this is the email from amazon.
    =======================

    We have previously contacted you regarding your use of the domain REVIEWAMAZON.COM, and we have not received a response. Again, we don’t permit anyone with a domain containing Amazon trademarks or misspellings (including the trademark "Amazon") to participate in the Associates Program due to trademark and brand name issues.

    Because we have not heard from you, we have no alternative but to close your Associates account and withhold payment of advertising fees in accordance with the Agreement. We would be happy to reinstate your Associates account if you are willing to transfer the REVIEWAMAZON.COM domain to Amazon.com. As mentioned in our initial email to you, we are willing to purchase the domain for the initial registration price, provided that you agree to not register any domains containing Amazon brands, or a misspelling, in the future. If you wish to transfer this domain, please reply to this message using the Contact Us form available on Associates Central or by following this link:

    https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/contact

    We thank you for your understanding and wish you the best of luck in the future.

    Best regards,

    Gary - Associates Account Specialist

    Get a different domain. Delete the domain and abandon it, but save the content first. Using trademarked names could get your account suspended or have legal action taken against you. After you have "abandonded" the contact Amazon and explain that you didn't realize it was against the TOS. Tell them the domain's account has been deleted. Had the same thing happen to me regarding trademarked names when I registered a domain with the word ebay in it. A day or so after I registered it I received a letter from ebay saying legal action would be if I developed the domain so I just left it blank and told them I wouldn't put any content on it and it satisfied them.

    I would sell it to amazon and then start a website under a new domain. I know reviewamazon.com is a very, VERY catchy and cool domain, but you have to play by their rules. They didn't ban you yet, so that's a good news. You can spell amazon backward and have something like nozama.com :) as your site. But seriously, why lose affiliation with a great company because of a URL?

    You use a domain that include "Amazon" so Amazon associate suspend your account,
    you can migrate all the content to a new domain and register a new associate account.

    You are lucky they contacted you. Some people do not get that lucky at all, instead they just go ahead and close their account. As mentioned above, sell the domain and get something that has no trademarks in the name.

    Once you've changed your domain they will release your payment. But it is worth contacting them before re-registering. In fact, updating your website details on their site may be all you need.

    Be sure to read up on their terms of service again.

    Good luck

    I have to say these are the types of threads I love to see here. They have that warm and fuzzy feel that seems to get lost in marketing. It is great to see that the big guys can still play by the rules and not resort to bullying the little guys. Just shows that the little guy can still win:) Glad to see everything worked out in everyone's favor. Best of luck to you marpaska!
