    hello always follow 2 rules to get approved from adsense.

    1- put geniune contents written by you not copy paste work.
    2- put user worthy contents your website visitors get benefits from your contents.

    these 2 points are the key to adsense approvel.

    is it true to say that google adsense actually visits all the user account websites?
    how would they be able to manage that? Wouldn't that take a lot of people to manage all the accounts?
