Yes, I have sent them 2 emails and they have not responded yet.

So the ads are gone now? OK. I've got work to do! Gotta' retool my sites. For my credit card sites, this will be easy. I'm simply going to have links to online credit card applications, which I was already gearing up for anyway.

I hope so too. It seems that, in a minority of cases, some webmasters who were honest and cooperative with Google were reinstated.

Is it possible they banned you for having ads on a gambling (poker) site?

Or maybe banned for having all 'made-for-adsense' sites?

Your sites are much better than most out there, but are still obviously made for adsense.

I do hope you can sort things out with them, that would have to suck.

Didin't you notice a weird clicking pattern? Joey had that happening to him but he noticed it in time and emailed Google about it.

We'll see. I'm not going to beg, because I refuse to be victimized by this. I have made a reasoned appeal to G, and that's all I'm doing. If they decide to stick to their decision then I'll wish them luck and move on to the next program. AS is great and I still think it's the best affiliate program on the Internet. But this is America, capitalism at it's best, and that means that competition is just around the corner. God bless America! :D :D :D

In the past I've emailed them about such patterns, but recently I haven't noticed anything weird.

I really don't think so. The ban was for invalid clicks. If the ban was about my poekr site I think I would have received a different email.

Besides, my poker site isn't classified as gambling because no money is solicited. It's free poker.

I have AS code on over 100 sites, which of cource makes me far more vulnerable to sabotage than someone with one or two sites with AS.

My AS earnings have been increasing steadily for the past year due to improved ranking in the Y! and MSN SERP's. Could that be a factor? Maybe. Who knows. Only AS HQ knows for sure.

    It's been a fun ride. I think I'm gonna' write a book.

You should write a nice letter with your explanations. I know a few people who got their accounts reinstated.

To say that all my sites are made for AS is not a fair characterization.

Yup. And as soon as I retool my sites, I'll continue to run my free domain name contest, which many folks enjoy and appreciate.

Thanks for your support, yo-yo :D

I think this is part of the problem, I remember looking at a couple of your sites in the past and thought they were made-for-adsense sites. I think we might have even had a bit of a discussion about it.

Knowing you now I realise that wasn't the case but with the number of ads and the way the ads are positioned that would be the perception.
Multiply that by 100 sites and maybe that raised a red flag at Google.

I think Google are really cracking down, see my post "busted" and you have been caught up in it.

I'm sorry this has happened to you, keep on at Google and maybe common sense will prevale.

To be kicked out from adsense it definately is a sad day. It means losing a significant portion of your income.

What ever it is, I salute AmCy for the maturity and the manner he wrote his story. Others would freak out and get angry words out of their chest. Not AmCy.

I respect you and have learnt a lot from your posts. I hope Google will reinstate your account soon. I really hope so
