    I also got same email like you and when i called them,they said your account has been limited for permanently,you can withdraw your funds after 180 days and you cannot use Paypal anymore.Find any alternatives :(

    Have you checked your credit card statement? There will be special code in the statement. Enter that code in your Paypal account to confirm that you're the actual owner.

    this is for the first time i add the vcc i add the 4 digit code to my paypal and is verefied
    but now paypal dont send nothing and ask for confirme

    how ????????

    I would suggest calling paypal when my account was limited they fixed everything over the phone :)
