Hi guys, ok just want to ask. Since adsense is limited on some countries and have more options if you are from usa. Like lets say in if you are registered and address in usa you could show ads on your youtube videos but if you are from philippines you can not use ads on videos. So what i have in mind is that i will just have to let my aunt use her name, register there in usa and let her receive the money i earn from adsense then just send it to me but my concern is that i will be the one accessing the adsense account and i will access it here in the philippines will that be a problem? is it against their TOS? The name and address is legit and real from usa, google will send the check in usa, i only want to have more options like ads on videos so i need to register my adsense in usa but my problem is that i will access it outside USA hope that wont be a problem. pls. need clarification here
there is no problem at all, you have every right to manage an adsense account for someone else. As long as the account is in a real person name, as is her bank account and that she pays taxes on your earnings. That's my opinion.
There shouldn't be a problem, I saw one option in adsense the other day asking would the account holder be using more than one IP address, I selected yes just in case.
It is a great idea and i don't think google adsense will reject application of real US Citizen but taxes will be applicable on your earnings according to US laws
