Do whatever you wish... it will only take a few days for Google to notice that you signed up for another account and ban you again.

First get things clear... Did they ban you cos of invalid clicks or inappropriate material on your site? If its the 2nd one ..you have to scrap your domain (i.e for adsense). If your a/c was banned for invalid clicks then write to google...tell them you are planning to buy or put ads on this website & ask them to review it... they will say yes or no & now u know wht do do...right??? After all we all are humans & the G staff is definetely approachable!!!

You're toast. As soon as the duplicate account is found you will be banned again.

Congrats!!! hope that you have not signed with same name/address.....If yes...then wait for an email saying "Your account is found related to an account/site disabled for invalid clicks".....Google dosent think their publishers can learn from their mistakes.

    ...
This makes me think that if you want to destroy someone's adsense site, you just keep on clicking their ads...kind of screwed up.

I'm sure the "G" can figure out if only one IP address keeps clicking on the ads.

haniadel...it doesn't matter what you do. when BuildHome asked why did they ban you, i was thinking: "if haniadel's answer is something other than invalid clicks, s/he may still have a chance for a plea."

you were banned for click fraud. you can't get back your account anymore. signing up for a new account doesn't do it. G'll find out that you have been banned before, and they will probably wait till you earn enough money before banning you again. That's up to their discretion.

"Publishers whose account have been disabled due to invalid clicks may not further participate in the Adsense program".

METPOWER, why do you think they banned you for invalid clicks? i would advise you to take a look at your logs, and try to pinpoint the anomaly. Be honest. If have NEVER clicked on your own ads even once, turn the logs over to Google.

When communicatiing, be polite. tell them you belive you are innocent, turn over every piece of evidence you can get your hands on. gently persuade them to "review your case", not "let me back in". Don't ever threaten lawsuit or anything of that sort.

if you have done those, that's really all you could do. in the meanwhile, try looking into other PPC prgrams. :)

no, I have not clicked on any of google ads...I sent them an email beeing polite, asked them if it was due to my participation in '3rd party Pop up' program, I would immediately withdraw from that program just to earn their honesty and re-initiate adsense program on my website.

They are not even replying, I have been sending emails asking what was the status of 'Appeal', but no luck, did not get a response...This is very very abseting.

Also, do you think that someone else can click on my ads to subottage my business??

what do you mean by "3rd part pop up"?

anyway, usually (i'm being general here) you get banned for two reasons:
    1) you click on your own ads repeatedly and/or actively encourage others to click on it
    2) you did not heed a warning that they have given you.

other people clicking on your ads usually won't result you being banned, since google can tell that it's a different IP from yours. but i've known of cases where a genuine click-bombed victim discovered that it was an IP address near his/her home that did the click bombing, resulting in Google thinking that it was him/her.

Websites selling traffic to your site use pop-up and pop-unders to generate that traffic.
For some reason, Google believes that this violates the part of their TOS that states you can not state, urge or otherwise have people click on your ads as a condition of visiting your website.
Same with using PTR sites, autosurfs, etc.

Right, that is exactly where I was participating, I immediately withdrew from that program as soon as I got a disconnection of adsense email.
Program is just pop-ups a page of another website on the exit, this gets my website page(with adsense) popup somewhere else.

I dont know how I can get adsens back.b

I don't get it. You can sign up again after having your account cancelled, and they manually accept you. Why wouldn't they look at the name/address to see if it is duplicate? I also signed up a second time (thinking i'd get a "you are blocked" message) but to my surprise it was ok. I'm a bit concerned though, I could start earning money with them again and when it comes time for them to process the cheques, they could look for duplicate accounts and see you've previously been cancelled.
