    If your whole account is banned then it's probably due to false clicks/impressions (e.g. click fraud).
    Publishers banned for this reason are very unlikely to get their accounts reinstated. The AdSense TOS do not allow a previously banned publisher to open a new account. You might have to resign yourself to looking for an alternative to AdSense.

    Guidance steps you asked for:
    1.) Pick a tall building or big cliff
    2.) Jump off it
    3.) with no parachute
    4.) Do 1-3 before posting here
    (It's your first post on here so we can safely assume you have been banned from this forum before as well)
