    Yup, Don't waste your time to contact Google to get back your old account, Just create a new one with another person ID. And one important thing .... 1). Find out the reason why your adsense account has been banned. If didn't get why this happen then 2). You must have to carefully read term and condition this time unless you will get banned again.

    Just create another new site which have the basic requirements for applying for Adsense account and then apply for it. With your banned web site you will never get new Adsense account.

    I think it is a bad idea to open an account again. but it really is possible. :) there alternatives like adbrite and adsdaq. :)

    Must check your "Labels" first.
    Labels length must > 2 . E.g: hd, k3 ... tags will make your account banned from that site

    - I think Google looks into the integrity of a human. Money is involved here that is why it is impossible for a second chance. Just try the alternatives that is the best way to do in my opinion. :)
