my account in risk (i think)

    I was using AdSense on my site but later I started another site and started using same adcode on that site, and later I stoped my original site that was approved by google. pls tell me guys is there any problem with this.

    You shld have only 1 account and add the code in any number of sites you want, may be 1000 2000 whatever..

    No problem at all. You can use your code on any site you like (as long as it complies with TOS). The only reason you submit a site at the beginning is to reassure Google that you aren't going to plonk their ads on a splog or similar.
