    My adsense account has been disabled by Google. How can I enable it again? I have applied twice for another account but Google is not allowing us to create another adsense account

    You can't apply for another account with same website.
    You need different site for a new Adsense account. And even then it won't be guaranteed that it will work well. You might get banned anytime.

    Try to apply again with a new website because Once google rejected a website means,they never re accept it .So its best that try to apply with new website.My advice in this,Apply with atleast one year old website with unique content,well indexed and cached site,then you will surely get.

    Move on and try something else,you wont get another adsense account in a hurry if ever but you could try something like clicksor or something very similar.

    Google is very particular about wrongdoing such as duplicate content, fake clicks and any sort of bad backlinking....remove all the duplicate content and try of reinstate
