My account got disabled for "invalid clicks"!??!?!?

    Hi,

I'm very dissapointed in Google. They suddenly disabeld my account for (they say) "invalid clicks", without any proofs, and I haven't done anything (not even told my friend or anyone I know about the site). And I'm almost sure the clicks weren't invalid since my site is getting about half million (500.000) hits per day, as mentioned before. The earnings just started to grow, and then Google disables my account... Smells like scam to me, ofcourse it isn't (sure...), but what's wrong? And what should I do now?

    Thanks in advanced,

    Skyfe.

www.buxheaven.com , first I only got about 1 click per day from my other site www.admanuals.com, but buxheaven.com has grown very fast, so I put Google Adsense on it, then I had half million hits per day on it, and got quite some clicks, so I think the sudden change in amount of clicks may have made them think the clicks were invalid, though they aren't! I've never even clicked one of the ads myself, and nor have I told any of my friends or known people about it... I hope this can be solved! Also the ads self are in a sidebar, so I think people wouldn't click ancidently on it or think it's relevant to the site's content. I've contacted google also twice, first time with the site www.admanuals.com, but now I think I'd better do it with the site www.buxheaven.com because most of the clicks came therefrom, so I made an appeal with that site too.

    buxheaven is a CLICK-FRAUD website!

Don't you know that you CANNOT encourage people to click on AdSense ads?
Look no further for an answer. You have committed the GREATEST AdSense SIN POSSIBLE!
If you had read the AdSense TOS, you would know this.

Your appeal has no chance at all.

Lol? I haven't told anyone to click on the GOOGLE ADS, but on the links in the SURF PAGE. The GOOGLE ADS were obviously apart from those and even on another page. And the clickers know this, they'll get paid to click the links on the surf page (see the link to it in the nav bar), and the Google Ads are whole apart of this, and even on another page as mentoined before, and in the sidebar as sponsoring ads.

Look here, under "Site Content" -
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=48182

On the AdSense TOS list of prohibited Site Content listed above -
Notice that is doesn't say "clicking on AdSense ads".
    It says "clicking on ads".
    Case closed.

Yeah, there are a lot of rules. I try hard not to break any of them, since it is easy to do, if you don't pay very close attention. Knock on wood, or as the British say, "Touch wood" (for good luck).

Many people still put images next to their AdSense, even after that has been prohibited.
I would like to put images next to my ads too. But NO WAY am I going to risk doing it now.

Maybe your users were thinking if they click on Google ads, they would get more money, lol. Anyway you should have studied Google's TOS before putting their codes on your site.

Sign up for adbrite or something like that. Check my sig link for alternatives. But better read the TOS first. haha
That does suck. Maybe if none of those work for you, just sell text links to the people that buy the clicks from you....might be able to get more than what goog was payin....
    Good Luck

Un-be-f*cking-lievable how stupid people can be. Sorry TS, but you really, really deserve to be banned. Encouraging people to click on ads while having google ads on that very same page is unvelievably stupid, naive and downright dumb. How can you expect people to know which ads are part of the program and which not? Even if you have a separate section: an ad is an ad and -in the mind of a visitor- makes money. To be honest, all ad networks NOT banning you are completely stupid by allowing people to burn valuable advertiser money on fraudsites like this. I would never-ever spend any ad money on networks allowing this kind of crap.

We have a saying for this in Holland: burn your ass and you'll have to sit on the blisters. In plain English wording: suffer the consequence of your ignorance. Stop trying to fool us into thinking you're being sincere; I for one am not buying any of that crap. If you regard adsense as a religion, you have commited a cardinal sin, for which you will be unable to repent.

Ok, let me make one thing clear: my users do know what ads to click, and which not to click for money. So the only thing is that I haven't read that point of the TOS, true..

I expect you see it as a religion? Well, I'm sure NO of my members have though they would be paid for clicking the google ads, and I see you haven't read my post neither!!!! So f*cking first read that, I haven't told ANYONE to click on the google ads, and they KNOW, they don't get paid for clicking on THOSE, but on the ones in the SURF PAGE, yes the SURF PAGE. It's even said on the main page. And the members know this too, unless they're stupid. So again; NO, I don't pay them to click on the google ads, and NO they don't think so neither, and NO I'm sure they wouldn't have clicked on it while thinking they would get paid for it, because the paid ads are obviouly on a nother page and part of the website, so this is obviously NOT the case. So don't overdo this shit, because I don't pay them to click on Google Ads, and I now know that they say in the TOS you may not place google ads on any site which pay members to click on any Ads, but just may now be clear I'm not paying members to click on the google ads, and the members won't do so neither because they know they won't get paid for that. So it's no fraud, it's only breaking the TOS, and I know it was my faulth not reading it totally, but that's all.

Lol, I don't pay them to click on the google ads, and they know, how much times I have to say this. But I now know it's not allowd to place the google ads anywhere on such a site, though they won't click for it for money.
