My account disabled, whilst rival website with no content is allowed

My account was disabled on 13th June, I have wrote to Google on a number
of occasions after my appeal and not had a response.

As Ive already stated on here, I recieved the "account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers" email.

I found a website that is also specific to the area where I live, this site has no content and yet is displaying Google ads??

Ask Google what was making your website such a risk or do you have any idea?

Angelfire is a free web hosting provider that runs its own ads at the top of every page, so while that particularly page doesn't have much content, it's only one page out of many thousands (millions?).

Anyway, I was under the impression that the "significant risk" usually referred to MFA-type sites or sites with purchased traffic, not sites that have apparently been abandoned.

Ive been through my site thoroughly, taking into account comments from forum users and amended anything that may have caused Google to do this, Ive emailed them seven times with a different email informing them, but Ive had no reply.

I havent tried this, where would I get a phone number?

Yes I realise this about Angelfire, but its irrelevant really, if you were an advertiser, would you want your ads on this page?

What is an MFA type site? I know that I haven’t purchased any traffic.

I wouldn't particularly. But Angelfire is such a huge publisher that they are unlikely to be penalized for one page out of millions.

I meant a site that is made only for running adsense, rather than for visitors - so duplicate or scraped content, pages that are just ads above the fold, ads placed so that they aren't clearly ads or in such a way that people might click on the accidentally, and similar types of intentional visitor unfriendliness. An abandoned page isn't visitor friendly, sure, but it isn't intentionally visitor unfriendly.

I heard some people that fully comply with adsense TOS (CTR of roughly 1%) still get banned. Is it possible that these unlucky guys get banned because the performance is below par, perhaps CTR 0.01% etc (poor performance).

Do you have a phone number for the Adsense TOS department? I gather that's one of the most secretive phone nmbers in the world.

You have a very short and minimalist landing page

maybe Google wrongly assume that you have a MFA site

    well.....maybe...that what cross my mind

Happened to me back in 05 as well. Never nothing more than
    canned answers.
