Hello. My account got banned yesterday and got this mail My question is do they send the same email for everyone got banned from different reason or what? like i have watched people getting banned mail but its written in their mail that they recorded invalid clicks or something.. but i did not get something written like this in my e-mail? can you tell me what is the reason isn't it because of invalid click but because of something else?although, only i know that i did not do any fraud and i have proof with my gostats.com account. the only thing i feel i did wrong is that i did not know about private policy so i did not put on my page btu now i have put it on.Another thing i consider is that i copied few articles from copyrighted material..i know that must be against the TOS but i am deleting those now and only adding those content which allow me to copy into my page according to thier copyright policy by showing the direct link to the author and the source..this might be the problem? and in the start i felt some unusual clicks and earnings..i did not know about gostats.com at that time so i did not know whats going on wrong? should i also tell them about this? So this is all i think went wrong but i am correcting it now.I have not filled their form yet and have not even e-mailed them because i want to make sure to make the most of it by having idea after telling you guys about my banned and the thing i think that caused,So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE analyse my case and tell me what should be done now ? i have rectified few problems i thought i had.and i am damn sure about that i did not do anything and i have also log and most recent statistics to prove of which few screenshots i am providing here too.. that tells the unique visitors and there path..they come through many different web directories (where i have submited my URL) like littlewebdirectory.com and theinvestmentmachine.com! But i wont disclose my website here because i have heard google dont like it if someone tells out about the banned and stuff..so sorry for that! well..i have heard many people getting their accounts back if they prove their innocence with enough evidence and detail.In my case i think is not about invalid clicks but some violation of TOS and the most probably its because i did not add PRIVACY POLICY first..i have put it now..or copied content..PLEASE SENIORS analyse my situation and tell me what exactly to do and tell them because it is the golden chance of appealing i guess.so i want to make sure i make the most of it. and i would also like to know Is it allowed to have copied content but which is legally copied? like few sites allows you to copy their content with linking back to the original author and source?

You are smart to try to fix any problems before you appeal. - So yes, absolutely must have a privacy policy clearly linked from each page. - You are allowed to have copied content, if you have explicit permission to use it on your site. But your site should have primarily original content. Your site must adhere to the Google Webmaster quality guidelines. Note that no one can give you any concrete suggestions, though, unless you share what your web site is - I don't think that Google has any problems with that, and, in fact sharing your URL is a requirement to get assistance on the official Adsense help forums. First of all thank you for encouraging the step i have taken.i think you can help me alot well yes i have fixed the PRIVACY POLICY PART.About copied content yes i have copied content but also put the back link exactly they say in their copyright policy.so that would be no more issue. So all things fixed except that primary data should be origional well since my account got blocked i already have started writing different topics related to my site i have edited one already and im gonna edit more origional stuff till tommorow. Then my question is would it be too late to appeal like tommorow night? i though its already weekend so it wont make a difference.Should i tell them the whole situation that i did not have PRIVACY POLICY i have put it and have editied the COPYright STUFF in a much better way now and I am keen to work with adsense more....??would that be fine?i have planned to tell them the whole thing in a professional way.i hope you will guide me again thank you. Plus how much is the chance to got ma account back?
It's good you added the privacy policy and are working on improving the content of your site. However, there's no way for any of us to know whether that will be good enough to get your Adsense account back.
Ok thanks.now im only concerned with to appeal after putting more stuff on it.or just do it as soon as possible and should i tell them clearly it was because of PRIVACY POLICY and Some Stuff Copied without following thier Copy rights.and both these things are FIXED now?should i tell them all?
Sorry your account was banned. Yes, that is the same letter everyone gets who gets banned. Hate to be pessimistic, but I think there is very little chance that your account will get re-instated. I also doubt it had anything to do with your lack of privacy policy. Instead, you probably had too many clicks on average for the traffic you get. This is why some argue that you shouldn't put adsense on your site until you are getting at least 100 hits per day.
They ban publishers who earn alot of money ......it happened to other users before ..no need to recieved invalid clicks to be banned from the adsense program . they try to filter members because of the crisis .
well..i thought it happend becuase i did not have privacy policy and i copied some copyright content without permission. i read in google support form that they send this mail when you violate TOS not if you have fraudent clicks or invalid clicks.anyhow im gonna appeal and gonna hope for the best..thanks though
