My 60 Day Internet Hustle Challenge, Doable?

Is this doable if I have a good mentor and I work my ass off? I frequent the DP Forums, about 30 times a day, and I talk to my mentor from DP on a daily basis. I hope I have set achievable goals.

My goals as of today (1/31/2007): (I will add and modify in the future in another post, but this will never change)

1) Get 5,000 quality impressions in one day. (Target Date: April 1st)
2) Get 100 Adsense Clicks in one day (Target Date: April 1st)
3) Add Affiliate Programs to the money making arsenal (Target Date: Feb 1st)
4) Make $200 in one day (Target Date: April 1st)
5) 3-5 Quality, Insightful, Original Articles a Day (Target Date: Jan 31st)
6) Create 1 more blog and apply the same practices (Target Date: April 1st)

Those are my first 5 goals. Once I achieve all of them, I will set a new set of goals. Remember I am new to the game, but I soak in information and can follow directions pretty easily.

It’s time to make some money on the internet yall. Wish me luck and I will be writing daily. Any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Your goals are achievable, provided you have all of your ducks in a row, including a landing page that is relevant to your keywords, a user-friendly website with loads of useful content, a product that people actually want to buy and solid copywriting.

I want to start investing in Adwords and getting good landing pages. Copywriting is something I am definitely going to have to outsource if I need to make it work properly.

Any recommendations?

 

if your asking if its possible... it is yet its not easy for sure many people read stuff online and think they can make money REALLY EASY this is not the case most of the time lol... But it looks like your on the right track I would be careful with how much you spend on adwords as the traffic is not always worth it...

I would rather spend money on press releases if its a blog... if you have really interesting posts you could submit it to digg and other social bookmarking sites this will bring your target traffic amount

i think its realistic - I have a site i put up around the first of December and I should net make about $9k off of it for the month of January - (I got the sales in Jan - should get a check in Feb)

I ended up with around 5,000 unique visits for the month of Jan

My site is an extremly niched site, that deals with a high end service,

I made about $50 in adsense in Jan which pretty much paid for my hosting for the entire year

But this was all planned well and wasn't just something thrown up on a whimp

 

If you do this could you keep a diary (blog) of sorts for the noobs who follow you to learn from ?

Yes. Now I'm thinking I am hustling backwards. I think the best is to utilize Adsense or anyother advertising program, invest in niche keywords and key phrases so the conversions are high, and promote an affiliate product...

Is Personal Insruance or Auto Insurance too competitive?

I am going to be building another blog soon based on better conversions and a not so saturated market, then start investing in Adsense.

Do people advise to use CJ.com or a small company that has their own affiliate program built by themselves so the competition is less?

Any help would be grateful.

$200 a day in adsense is going to be hard.

Look at contextual ads like kontera and get some affliates

I think it's all very doable especially if you've got someone mentoring you and helping you out.

That along with all the help you can get from DP I bet you're gonna do it.

Your goals are very doable. You just have to be focused, patient, determined and have the time which sounds like you are. Also, since you have a mentor your chances of reaching your goals has increased. I wish you good luck.
