My 4 smonth project.

Alright, so I have a project. I want to see how much money I can make by doing little jobs for penny cash (Small cash...) and turning those into investments. How I plan to do it is by looking in the service board here on the forum, taking on some jobs for forum posting, backlink building, ect. I will do this until I have $50+ sitting in my paypal account. When I reach the $50 mark I will be taking that and investing into a person when I gain my profit from that plus my start up money I will take the whole thing and invest into another deal. When I get my profit for that I will be putting some it back and investing all of it into something bigger. The whole time I will still be doing these little jobs that will bring in small amounts of cash to help boost the profit. At the end of the 4 months I want to see how much cash I have managed to build up. The only money I plan on spending is the money I make through the little jobs. None of the money I make will leave my paypal account, unless it is for the investment, until the end of the time frame I have given myself. I am just posting this to give me motivation to finish it. I will this thread every time I make money and when I spend it I will tell you how much of it is spent and where it went (unless of course the investment handlers would like to remain secret...). So this is my plan, its time to get started on it!

My estimate is about $2000 if I can get enough jobs soon enough to start this. I still have the problem to deal with regarding being an investor, in order to meet my goal I will need to find people that garuntee a really fast break even rate.

Your plan sounds good but $50 might be to little of an investment. Guess it depends on what you invest in :)

Internet investment, look in the partnership thread find people looking for small investments and then offer them mine as long as they have a quick turn around rate.

Here's the potential flaw with your plan. What happens if you lose the first $50.00 you make? Statistics show that there is a 90% chance that you will. This isn't to say that your plan WILL fail, it is to say that you may not make profit on your first investment.... most people don't. Be prepared to make another $50.00 invest... another $50.00 invest, and eventually you will keep learning and finally find something that is profitable. This is the way internet marketing works. The best of internet marketers fail on a consistent basis.

I bet you would make more by just taking little jobs over this 4 month period

I plan on doing little jobs the whole time, anything I make will go into a pile to invest into things. I may use some funds to build my own website as well.. Doing all of the forum posting I could post a link in my signature and then gain backlinks. Plus I could use some of the money to buy advertisment and the domain cost, I have a hosting account already I can just use it to save some money. Hmm... This is turning into something bigger I think...
