I have two paypal account with $0 in each, in one I have a credit card added and in that card I have $30, I was trying to send money from one paypal account to the other one, then I decided not to transfer the money because there was fee charges so I deny the payment, now, I have decided to send again but I cannot, it says the money cannot be charge from your card, because its empty, in both my paypal account its $0, I have check my online banking also, from $30 it became $0 alredy and I just don't understand where the hell have my money is gone.
