Some of you may know the benefit of article marketing. I am getting good results with AM so I create this thread for those who have not used this method yet.

I will submit 30 articles to Ezinearticle for 30 days, each article will link to my health related website.

I will update the stats daily from ezinearticles as well as the sale I get from affiliate program if any. Feel free to comment or ask any question.

I have submitted 2 articles and one got approved. Here is my stats:

    URL Clicks: 4

    No sale.

Yeah article marketing will NOT get you a lot of sales. I had to find this out the hard way. The only thing it is going to do is provide free content for other webmasters out there. I will suggest that you pay $5 for a paid review on a blog than to do this method. Plus, article marketing only works when you can hire a SEO professional that knows all about search engine optimization. Other words, article marketing is useless. If you still want to go with the article marketing thing, I would suggest going to freelancer.com and finding someone with good SEO skills. Good luck.

Should be fun, I have done some article marketing myself in the past with mixed results. In the marketing niche I made a good deal of money promoting a few products, niches outside of marketing I haven't been able to find a good traffic flow from articles though.

    Hi,
This sounds like a great experiment. A few questions though. How long are your articles and how long does it take you to write each one. Also, how do you come up with so many ideas? I've been thinking about doing articles too so I'm really looking forward to how you progress.
    Thanks,
    A.

Articles are a good way to get your website out there and to also build a few links point to your site aswell. If they are good keyword rich articles you will get very targeted visitors because the articles will rank high in the search engines.

Article marketing never has been close to dead in my eyes.

Now if you are posting 30 articles per day then I would say that would have a good affect on click throughs and traffic to your site, but posting one article a day isn't going to do a great deal. It's like being a sales rep and calling 10 people a day instead of 100 - there will be more in volume.

Also, why don't you try adapting the article a bit - probably rewording about 40% of it and then submit to a couple of other article sites such as go, dashboard and searchwarp - I've had far more traffic and people visiting my sites because of these than ezinearticles.

I'm not sure what is meant with article marketing not getting someone any sales. Certainly it depends on what the article writer is selling (as part of the process of providing information through the article, not actually selling in the article, hopefully). The idea is to provide information on a subject, ideally information on solving a problem - not the entire solution but a few tips, and through well written text and a well crafted resource box, to convince/entice the reader to click through to your site where you can then proceed to either sell whatever you're selling, or promote a solution to a problem. Mention is made in the quote of a $5 review; would that be to promote your site, or a review of a product which you can then use as content on your site? Whatever the case, article marketing is part of a process that leads to more traffic (even if it is from other webmasters using your article), which should then be converted into money - either by selling something, or promoting a product through a credible review.

I think it wont bring the effect in 30 days. You have to do it in a very long term. But, sometime you have to work smart instead of work hard.

Article marketing is not useless as someone previously said. It brings in some very good traffic, it's up to you on what you do with it.
I'm wondering why one of your articles got accepted and the other didn't? Even my lamest articles to Ezinearticles have been accepted... are you spinning them?
