Very informative video John.
I'm not sure about the traffic exchange part, I always found this to be non productive, however the free give away advice is spot on, every one wants something for free and I have found this to be a great way of getting traffic and members.
I was interested in the email list swap as I have a great new piece of software that I am looking to promote.

 

excellent information.people interest on free offers and its good idea to attract visitors.i have tried traffic exchangers but only few sites are good.

I once had a forum skin website and gave away free forum skins and themes, I found this to be an excellent tool for bringing in lots of new members.
