    Hello,

I just bought a new 2co account 2 days back after a paying the sign up fee of 49$. I was just getting used to of the 2co platform, means I didn't even use to start using it for my transaction.
Today morning I tried to login to my account and it says

    Access Denied

    Account 1374927 has been closed

Anyone knows? what can I do now? I have sent them and email waiting for the reply!

    This sux big time! :s
Is the signup fee (49$) refundable?

Recently many 2co accounts closed. They said about fraudulent orders as the reason. I also got the same thing. I heard this was happened for many 2co users. Probably they are restricted. So we don't have a chance to reactive the account. But we can await 3months to release our funds to pass the final review.
I think they won't give $49 membership fee.
Anyway contact to solve this one.

Their membership fee is not refundable, BTW why they close accounts? what do they mean by "fraudulent orders"?

Orders by the site owner, Too many orders from same customer also detected as fraudulent orders.
We can't do anything than except to await 3 months :)
But If you get charge back, paypal dispute for your sells in this 3 months period the chance to release your funds will be minimal.

My new 2checkout account was closed in the same manner but they refunded me the $49 fee to my bank account. It takes about 3-7 days for the refund to show on your credit card.Actually 2Checkout sucks because they have a lot of stupid restrictive rules which disrupt your business.2Checkout does not protect Vendors at all.If you are a 2CO vendor you are set to lose a lot than to profit.I would recommend Plimus.com.Their rules are pro-business and very supportive of the vendors.

I also wonder that why they don't protect vendors. They are the main customers for 2co. If one of customer of a vendor do a simple mistake, 2co ban the vendor. What a rule? Why they can't understand that. If they added a warning system or Limited account like paypal rather than 1 time closing system, it will be great for sellers.
