My $20/day with proxies after 2 weeks.

Ok, as i see it has become a tradition to make such posts after reaching some goal, and share some tips with everyone. So here's mine then.

Yesterday and today i finally broke the $20 barrier with my network of 10 proxies. The oldest one has been up for 2 weeks as are another 2 or 3 and i added another 2 every few days to make it 10. the latest one was brought up yesterday and already earned $2 and is indexed in google.

so here are my tips.

Google traffic is the King!
Onsite seo is the King!
after 3 or 4 proxies i actually stopped trying to get backlinks and any topsite submissions as it brings low paying traffic and gets you smartpriced. On newer ones i worked more on onsite seo and you know what i got 3 of my proxies to first/second pages in google for some good keywords within 2/3 days after bringing them up without any backlinks.
So main tips would be:
Add more content to the landing page, not only ads and proxy bar
Optimize your content for ONE desired keyword of phrase, with proper density, but dont spam it with keywords.
Have your keyword in your domain and title.
Change your content with every new proxy.
Interlink your network well. I got my proxies indexed within 24 hours with good interlinking.
Keep permanent track of low paying ads and add them to the Ad filter

thats basically it.
my next goal is $50/day in next 3 weeks fingers crossed

 

Good simple plan works well. Good job proxies are getting harder to make money on because thier are so many now.

What are your proxies? I have a raw idea but I'm not to familiar with the term. Are they mini-sites? If so do you host each on it's own domain name or all under one domain with subdirs or subdomains?

Every time I read of someone who has set up a proxy sites and makes money by doing so I am impressed. Eventhough it might be harder to make money I am sure that it can still be done as more and more social networking sites appear and therefore you will constantly have new keyword phrases to target!

sorry, i won't post urls here.
Do a search in google, there are tons of them around.
just be creative with your content and keywords.
i tried to avoid most popular keywords like Myspace Proxy and the likes.
Try to find ones with less searches, but easier to rank with.
Mine are bringing around 500-800 uniques each daily, which im quite happy with, as you dont have to spend ages getting loads of backlinks to rank high.
And, yes, there are new social networking sites popping up every day, so are new keyword phrases.
Just do a little research and you will easily find your own niche to rank high in.

Do you guys using proxies use a dedicated server?

If so how much about are you paying? I'm not asking you to persay advertise your hosting company just wondering if you went dedicated or not I guess.
