    same thing happened with me. My 3 month old website got a PR of 3 but in the next update it was cut back to 1 :(

    I have my site which get pr3 in just one month since I focus driving a constant 1k traffics everyday.
    but after three month, it went back to pr0. Haha.

    Btw, do share you technics with me too. Would too know how you did it.
    I never get pr4 before.

    My sites always dance like that

    If I work on them they go up - if I leave them they go down

    But I try not to get too hung up on PR and try to get traffic that converts to sales as that is most important

    Nah.. Im not impress. I often experienced this one. There's no technique about this one. It's just that you should know when will google update their algo next..

    My domain on a free web host, no contents, nothing there, no backlinks, no SE ranking, except for Wordpress default "Hello World" post got a PR of 4 in 1 month of creation of site. This shows the value (or lack of it) for PR. I can expect the PR to go back to 0 or 1 in the next update, unless I do some serious link building on it.

    So my friend (OP), there is no secret for achieving PR, and I guess no one should bother to email you, right?

    PS: The domain is on the verge of being sold for a hefty sum (high $XXX). Need to get this out of the way before the next PR update, when its PR will fall drastically and become worth reg price :D

    getting PR is not a mystery at all.are your sites of high PR bcoz of this http://www.hilliardsresort.com/ and other high PR links ??Anyway gr8 work pal .
