My 2 days experience with Bidvertiser

I've been trying PPC advertising with Bidvertiser since yesterday. First, i have to admit that having a free initial 20$ to try it out is great.

But i think there is a massive click fraud going on. Yesterday i had about 7,000-8,000 impressions and about 3 clicks and went to bed with that.

Then today when i wake up i saw i had 30,664 impressions and 19 clicks. I thought it was pretty normal. However, when i checked it again 15 minutes later this time my ads were clicked 29 times although the impressions were still at 30,664.

At that moment, each time i refreshed the page clicks were counting up but ad impressions were still 30,664. This went on until the click number went up to 36 and it stopped there.

How are my ads being clicked without any impressions?

EDIT: Now it's been another 15 minutes and this time it says 53 clicks with 31.203 impressions.

I've written to their support about it and expecting a reply in 2 days. I don't want to give them a thumbs down before it but this is what happened.

It's being deducted from their 20$ offer but it could be my money as well.

It could just be delays in reporting the impressions and clicks are not in real time. (i think)

Yeah, I never noticed that with Bidvertiser, but it always happens with Google.

Have you tested the same ad in another network? What was the click through rate then?

Ok i got a reply from them. They say clicks are counted instantly but impressions updated every 4 hours.

Looks like its the reason but i'm not completely assured.
Conversion rate is too low and clicks seems to be coming all at once. Sometimes you wait 3 hours to get a single click and it converts, but sometimes 30 clicks come within a minute with no conversion at all.

I'm new to advertising perhaps it's normal, i don't know.

stat delay is normal. for conversion rate, that's not the ad network fault, you are the one that should optimize your ad campaign to get better ROI ;)
