    Firstly, there is no need to capitalize every letter of your post. Members here can read lower case letters without any problem. :)

    Regarding your blog - congrats on your first dollar. :) Try to post as much original and quality content as you can and than signup at related forums and do some posts with your blog in the signature link. Do blog commenting, social bookmarking, SEO (like keyword targeting), search DP for ways to improve traffic, etc. Slowly, your blog will build up traffic.

    i don't know what is wrong with your blog but its seems to be under review. Your niche is also hard to crack as it is in a very competitive niche. To drive traffic to your site is make more quality contents and updates everyday then bookmark and ping them. Submit to as many rss syndication like feedburner. Get more one way backlinks from high PR sites.
