My 15K investment: What do you guys think? Am I Crazy or it will work?

Well If my office last a year.. that means i'm making money...
So renewing the name is not something I'm really worried about here...
I'm worried about being able to keep this office running.. and to keep paying the bills/hosting.

 

wow $15k.... in Malaysia $15k USD is about RM50,000

and If I had RM50,000 I rather open a real Big business such as coffeeshop or education center.

 

My wife is from a small town in Ukraine and she agrees with you but I have some friends in Kiev and $300 doesn't seem to go far there.

 

You have a business plan that could work but my concern would be getting banned by the search engines and not having alternative forms of traffic. There are many ways to get traffic to 100 sites. I'd spend a little more time getting multiple forms of traffic before I started to replicate my process but that's just me.

Sirmoby, I am from Odessa, Kiev is the capital. Sure $300 will not go anywhere there nor in my city nor in Kiev. There are a lot of good paying jobs. For $300 you can go to Macdonalds flip burgers To make what I call living you'll need $1000-$1500 in Odessa and $1500-$2000 in Kiev. Economic grows each year and I feel better

invest the money you have on your current sites and use adwords or something to drive more traffic. instead of making 10 dollars a day you could be making 20+. Then it would be good to start making those 200+ sites that you are talking about.

Honestly it just depends where you live or how flashy you want to live. I live in the US in Florida @ Daytona Beach. I pay 435/month rent for a apt 1 block from the beach.

It's nothing outrageous or extremely nice, but it's a clean building and fairly good size apt. I have no real complaints about it and enjoy living here.

$300 is average price for renting 1 room flat.

Cheapest 1 room apartment cost here from $45k.

If each one is niche focused and then you have some other way to monitize that niche (see clickbank, affiliates, or lead sales like azoogleads) then you could do quite well. Do not interlink the whole thing, but you could defiantly create several smaller networks of these niche sites.

Then you should work on building a main product that your niches are kind of promoting, or could promote from them. A simple example would be if you did real estate, and had niche pages for different markets, different property types etc. These pages can be monetized with lead sales. Then linked them to a product you developed, ie an ebook or something. That way you are not stuck with one revenue stream.

 

Would like to know Kingofkings, where have you reached by now? Hows things going for you?

I am in the same situation, and just cant decide...umm although i am still making good income on TG and MMG..the thing is you should know who's who!

Anyways not that simple, i am planning to pullout some investment and start some projects like you did....

Good on you for giving it a go. But don't you feel it would be better to put all your effort into one or two high quality websites before moving onto a couple more high quality websites. I just think 600 will be too many to handle right off the bat.

And Google.com is a huge search engine. Being banned on that is not a good thing

 

I'm living in China and enginner just after school is making 2000RMB ( 250$) - plus dormitory/food. Only problem, english is not too good and you have to teach them SEO
