If we are all Marketing then we should really be mostly concerned about the market and what our customers are going through. What things are happening around us? and what is influencing our actions and decisions? So my question is what are the top three things that grab attention and get people interested? I would say 1. Sex 2. Humor 3. Making Money What are yours?
What else is there in life? That pretty much covers everything, except maybe family, and family values. I guess humor could over hobbies, and recreation stuff - anything that keeps you happy.
I would actually put money at the top. As the line goes in Scarface..... "first you get the money, then you get the power, then you get the woman" I think that pretty much sums up what people are looking for!
Money is at the top of that list.I personally want money now than anything else.Why?Because with money I can get other things very fast.Specially women,I don't say that I can't attract women without money but you know that girls love pretty stuff and that is expensive.
I dont agree with this list. I think one should be good human being and do something for the welfare of this world.
I would say the top things are (in no order): religion sex gambling health and exercise (vitamins, weight loss and equipment)
But its not something people search for most on google. People are more likely to search for porn or gambling.
Sex and humor definitely. It's hard to make money out of humor now though, due to the number of funny video/pictures/jokes sites around. I assume that sex is a different matter if a person has unique content so to speak.
I think all of you have it wrong. What attracts the most attention is: self esteem issues. look: - weight loss = self esteem - lack of money = self esteem - lack of women = self esteem - lack of looks = self esteem - lack of knowledge = self esteem - making fun of people = self esteem Knowing this them, if you go to your niche and find a way to tap into those self esteem issues, and come across as an empathetic ear that can listen to their whining? Holy hell man, you is one rich bastich. For example you said humor. there's a lot of videos of people falling. More people have fallen, than people have filmed it. If you showed that you cared about people falling, and you got them to believe you, people would buy your underwear. [now that's funny LOL]
I would go further than Making Money, people like to get free, or really cheap stuff. I have seen people spend $50 just for a chance to win a car, even if the chance is 1/100,000 they will still try. So my list would be (in priority). 1. Acquisition of stuff 2. Sex 3. Humor This is a highly subjective topic though. I think Google would be one of the only subjective sources on this.
