    I'm considering selling www.sc2reactor.com

    As you all probably know, the hugely-anticipated Starcraft 2 is due to be released soon and in all likelyhood it will be setting all kinds of sales records. This is your chance to buy an awesome site before the game is released and the frenzy begins.

    Right now, the site gets about 20 - 30 unique visitors a day. 80% of it is organic from search engines. Here are the site rankings for some important keywords:

    #9 on Google, #4 Altavista, #1 on MSN for: "buy starcraft 2"

    #7 on Google, #16 on MSN for: "starcraft 2 news"

    #7 on Google, #17 on MSN for: " 'starcraft 2' news"

    #13 on Google, #2 on MSN for: "starcraft 2 buy"

    #13 on Google for "starcraft+2+buy"

    #19 on Google, #5 Altavista, #1 on MSN for: "starcraft 2 rumors"

    Just the name a few. The site has a LOT of content, so it hits all kinds of long tail keywords. I've done quite a bit of SEO on this site, so the SERPs are going nowhere but up.

    Yahoo Site Explorer shows 198 backlinks. More will show up in time. Right now, the Pagerank of the site is 1, again, I expect it to go up with the next update.

    I'm not in a hurry to sell this site because its doing fine. That said, I will consider all reasonable offers for it.

    Yes, there is revenue with adsense/chitika but its minimal. About what you would expect with any site with 30 daily visitors.

    Remember this is an investment for the future. The big money will come when the game is actually released and people actually start advertising on adsense for the term. Also, then you'll be able to run affiliate programs selling SC2, memorabilia etc.

    I don't really have any fixed price in mind. Just hit me up with an offer you feel would be reasonable and we can discuss from there.
