If you are looking for such domain names then mw4releasedate.com would be much more valuable because people are searching a lot for this keyword and there is a greater potential but the domain name will still lose its value when MW4 will be released.
No domain value estimator site, can really put a good value on it. This is what you do to make money for the site. Turn the site into blog, and create a sign up page for the mw4 beta. (Inlcude a cpa on it) Example "Sign up for this to learn how to get acess to the mw4 beta." Make a Facebook page for it, launch a campaign and get a nice amount likes. If you know what your doing you can get your monies worth from it. Then just send people to the sign up page. This is most likely what somebody would do if they had interest in your domain name.
