Mutual adsense clicking - Is it legal

    I have been observing that there is a group of people who click for each other. Is this legal ?. If it is not legal, whom can I report this ?.

    Please advise.

    No it is throughly illegal stuff! to do so also you must be careful dont join any kind of these network because its against of Google TOS and Policy

    If the participants are older than 1 year old, then it is not allowed.

    I can't see what would be the point in this. Google will see a trend in the clicks and the account will be banned before the first pay cheque arrives! Stay well clear!!
