mutiple subdomains - or folders structure for better SEO

I am creating a website on webhosting say xyzhosting.com.

For better SEO for this website i want to create multiple sub domains. But here is the problem i am not sure is it correct or not.

I am thinking which scheme is better either i create multiple subdomains like reseller.xyzhosting.com, vps.xyzhosting.com or should i consider xyzhosting.com/reseller, xyzhosting.com/vps

I am thinking if i create multiple sub-domains i can submit it into hundreds of directory but if i create folder structure i can not submit each one in directories.

From SEO point of view which scheme is correct please advice.

 

It makes no difference. Google rank pages, Not sites.

 

all the subfolders have the same power of the eye of google.

i dont suggest you to use subdomains. subdomains are completely new domains in the eye of search engines
