If someone does a $10 CPM bid on your site, must you show 1000 impressions before collecting the $20 or do you get a penny per impression, assuming a 50/50 split w/ Google?
I think you receive a part for the impression you had on that ad...If you only had 30 impressions, you will receive the equivalent part of the bid. Please correct me if i'm wrong...
I subscribe to your thoughts as I noted this in the adsense reports. Looks like there's no official statement about it:

No, you don't need 1000 impressions before collecting. For example, if you have 100 impressions on a $10 CPM, you will be credited $1.
from my experience, you get credited for the impressions shown on your site. It doesn't wait for 1000 to be completed
If you monitor all sites via channels, you will note a difference between the aggregate info (where more money will be listed) and the channel reports.
For example, i put my adsense ID here at DP and today i earned some cents with 0 clicks so...It gotta be from CPM ads
Or maybe you didn't track DP website in your AdSense channel? If you tally up all your individual channel impressions with total impressions, you'll notice some impressions are missing. That comes from DP forum
Did you put "forums.digitalpoint.com" as one of your channels? That will track for impressions and clicks from this forum.
I created that one although i don't know if i did it well, i still don't know very well how to work with channels
channels. Switch to url channels except for special cases where you want to track something within a url channel.
I created a channel for forums.digitalpoint.com and another one "personalized", i don't know how it says in english, and i'm having different impressions... forums.digitalpoint.com channels shows less impressions...I don't know if it is normal
