It depends on revenue. On average you can get about 8 to 12 months of the revenue so whatever that would be. For example if your site is profiting 100 dollars a month. You would generally be able to get 800 to 1200 for it. On rare occasions sites sell for 2-5 years worth.
template itself, since I only see the low quality picture, about $10. if you can directly post your image here (it will give betetr resolution and quality since imagehosts change the qualities), we will be able to appraise to a betetr value. if it is complete website however, you can get up to 6 months or 1 year revenue provided that you did not simply sell to get users but your service is reasonable, and members are long term members (at least 3-5 renewals done for monthly and 1 renewal for annual).
