Excellent skills and there is definately a market fo your style However Liberation is right - most of what you'll find on DP is 'cheap', 'cheaper', and 'oh-my-god-how-can-they-possibly-do-it-for-so-cheap cheap' - at DP 'Regular old cheap' is the new 'Too expensive' It's unfortunate, but MANY of the sites are developed for quick turnaround or affiliate/adsense traffic pumping - which means minimal investment and not much concern about the design quality. Don't dispair though - Like I said there IS a market for quality design - just not as prevalant at DP as you would probably like. Jus ta dd a link to your signature, keep an eye on the 'Contests' sub forum for website design opportunities, and put your feelers out elsewhere (IE sitepoint.com has a great Buy, Sell, Trade section with a more affluent market too)
