Website Details:

- This website was started over a year ago.

- The website provides free images and stock photos for webmasters and writers who are looking to use images legally without having to pay anyone ever. In short, totally free and royalty-free.

- We have our own license agreement in which users are free to use, modify, create derivative works with our images either for commercial use or otherwise.

The Photos:

- All photos are ORIGINAL photos that are either taken by me, or the photographer assigned to this project.

- The initial agreement was for the photographer to provide at least 10 high resolution photos for the website each month. The project was in halt when both of us got busy with other projects.

- I still have 500+ high resolution photos by the photographer yet to be uploaded. The new owner will receive these photos as well.

What You Will Get:

- The fully functioning website which has a very professional look and feel, straightforward navigation, all customized just for this site.

- The new owner will get the Dropbox account attached to this website (used to store all the photos in their original sizes).

- The new owner will get a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable license to continue distributing these images. The written license agreement will be handed over to new owner in .PDF as your legal proof of ownership.

- Even if you decide not to continue the website, you will still retain rights to these stock photos.

- You will get all photos on the site plus 500+ other photos I haven't uploaded.

- You will also get contact info of the photographer. Check here for the photographer's work style. I can help with arrangements and whatever's needed.

The Plan:

- The original plan was to grow the site with our own photos before opening up submissions from users, slowly making the site a user-driven website with user-generated content.

Monetization:

At this point, the website uses 2 forms of monetization, which are:

- Adsense - displayed on homepage and some inner pages.

- Shutterstock affiliate - This is the goal of the website all along. We aimed to sell Shutterstock photos through 2 means:
(1) Searched keywords - by displaying photos from Shutterstock that matched the keywords entered by user on our site.
(2) Contextual suggestions - by showing Shutterstock photos that matched the current photo being shown on our site under "Similar Photos".

Shutterstock pays up to $300 per sale.

You could expand by affiliating with other stock photo agencies (there are a lot of them out there) and make more commissions.

I don't keep track of the website's revenue. Like I said, this project was on halt for a while. Maybe some few cents here and there, nothing much to talk about.

Reasons for Selling:
