I'm selling the site "as is" without adding anything to it.

The person who wins the bid will have to be able to update the site on a continual basis as they add their PLR article packs -- usually in zipped files,
Plus, add their own "about" information and change any of the terms that are stated.

One of the reasons I'm letting this site go is I'm currently creating 15 new websites -- so I don't have time to write articles, add them to the site, etc.

So, Salesmania's $15 bid stands as high bid.
