This is a brand new site, as soon as I made it I got some targeted keyword traffic and made that one sale for over $2500.00 w/ a profit of $169.00. But the site is still brand new, with no backlinks. I think the price I have it listed for is fair. I just don't have the time right now to devote to it, but you can see the potential.
