few days back I opened a thread regarding usage of mouse and wrist prob, I was very worried about my wrist. but thanks God, its better now. What I did is that. I just start using mouse with 100% acceleration. so that I decrease the movement of wrist. I used a small pillow to support my wrist, on a hard table, in position. also I adjusted my arm movement to move mouse to reduce wrist movement. stretching after every hour could also be good practice. another thing you should do is that, don't keep water at your table. so that when ever you will need it. you will walk around to get and use your hands. it will give a little chance to your hands to exercise other than moving mouse.

by doing this exercise my pain and tiredness is gone.

meanwhile I found a research regarding such prbs due to usage of various device. if its written correct and the deceases in the image can be occur then its very horrible. have an eye on http://omgshots.com/1930-game-arthritis-a-systemic-study-of-video-games-induced-diseases.html

the wrist probs more occurs with graphic designers and, because they use mouse so much and require to use it from very narrow angels too. so for them I advise they use the same method as I did for few days.

I adjust my wrist with the table border. I tend to use less mouse moment and use short keys. I am not a graphic designer but a web developer as well. I use less mouse movements.

Too much and continuous usage of anything is bad and it holds good for mouse. Last month, there was severe pain in my right wrist. When I consulted my physician, he told that the symptoms were similar to carpal tunnel syndrome. With medication and proper exercise, I feel better now. Although I am dreaded to touch the mouse now, I don't unnecessarily touch it and most of the time I go for keyboard shortcuts.

I couldn't even realize that there can be any problems with my wrists and because of the mouse! It sounds strange, but it's true. I've heard once about fingers disease because of keyboard and it's also dangerous.
