Highlight of the design is the illuminated window located on top of the player helping the user to spin the disc. It adds a dimension of depth to physical design of the player. On top of the machine are some touch-sensitive buttons but the locations make them difficult accessing. Up front the design is glossy with black finish and the disc tray remaining hidden behind small door that operates automatically. BD-C6900 looks slick though the top positioned buttons are still much less functional then the users might like to think. Redesigned Remote Blu-ray remote has been redesigned this year. It is a wider and flatter clicker that does not have the glossy finish to avoid collection of fingerprints on the remotes that used to come up on glossy remotes of the past.
