There is no such thing as rape between wife and husband, you don't support marital relation between husband and wife because you yourself are not married. What about the babies born out of strange love. You kill those babies either by abortion or by throwing them in dustbins, isn't that a bigger crime?

If you werent personally promoting an Islamic website owned by a guy that also runs a porn website you might have credibility. Long as you have that avatar we sorta have to assume you're either very gullible or just as dishonest as he is.

You know zip about marriage, you're an unmarried virgin, and your fantasies do not count as "experience". Just because Islam doesnt recognize a rape doent mean it didnt happen.

    read again and again:

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah or the Last Day, who do not forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, or acknowledge the Religion of Truth (Islam), (even if they are) People of the Book (Christians and Jews), until they pay the Jizyah tribute tax in submission, feeling themselves subdued and brought low.”

there is clearly written fight until they pay their tax. Fight with those who are not even Muslims until they pay the Jazya. Now this rule of Tax is followed by in the Muslims and non-Muslims both.

and where did it written that kill them? dont imagine your own meanings of Quran.

and what about those who has no money to pay, so dude that show you read only this verse to make fun of Muslims. I wish you also read the verse before that verse one.

@Vebtools We are not putting our own meaning to the verse, Taliban uses this exact verse to murder Sikhs and Hindus in pakistan when they don't pay "tax" to both them and Pakistan Government. And when they do you never condemn them!

You can call it Jaziya or ransom its the same thing. And they are not immigrants they have lived in Pakistan for generations and thats how you treat minorities. Sponsored by people like you and he government. You are a fuckin terrorist supporter/sympathizer, YOU are the one who makes Islam look bad not us.

I have never seen more than a couple of Muslims condemn terrorists publicly and then you want us to assume that not all of them support terrorist.

    vebtools:

You appear to have missed this post:

Sura 24:13, Verse 13 makes reporting a rape useless unless the woman has four witnesses. How many rapists attack women with witnesses around?

Why did they not produce four witnesses ? Since they produce not witnesses, they verily are liars in the sight of Allah.

This was the law in Pakistan until the Women's Protective Bill of 2006. It is still enforced in other parts of Dar al-Islam.

In addition, Pakistan appears to currently allow the rapist to blame the victim for the assault. Quoting from Qanun-e-Shahadat Order:

when a man is prosecuted for rape or an attempt to ravish, it may be shown that the prosecutrix was of generally immoral character.

    More from Wikipedia:

The Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979 was a subcategory of the Hudood Ordinance. Zina is the crime of non-marital sexual relations and adultery. The Zina Ordinance included zina-bil-jabr, the category of forced intercourse. If the woman who accuses a man of zina-bil-jabr (rape) cannot prove to the judicial system that she was raped, she faces adultery charges[9]. In order for a rapist to receive "hadd," the maximum punishment provided for under the Quran, either the rapist must confess to the rape, or four pious adult Muslim men must witness the "act of penetration" itself and testify against the rapist[10]. Under Qanun-e-Shahadat, a woman's testimony was not weighed equally to that of a man[11]. Thus, if a woman does not have male witnesses but does have female witnesses, their testimony would not satisfy the evidence requirement. The perpetrator may be acquitted and the victim may face adultery charges. The threat of being prosecuted discourages victims from filing complaints.

Plus, Muslim men are allowed to rape their wives without any "crime" being recorded:

In addition, the legal possibility of marital rape was eliminated; by definition, rape became an extramarital offense according to the Zina ordinance. The ordinance prompted international criticism. Women's rights groups helped in the production of a film titled "Who will cast the first stone?" filmmaker by Sabiha Sumar to highlight the oppression and sufferings of women under the Hudood Ordinances.[12]

But surely no sane person of any religion would punish a rape victim?

    Well... back to Wikipedia...

In 1983, an orphaned, thirteen-year old girl Jehan Mina was allegedly raped by her uncle and his sons, and became pregnant. She was unable to provide enough evidence that she was raped. She was charged with adultery and the court considered her pregnancy as the proof of adultery. She was awarded the Tazir punishment of one hundred lashes and three years of rigorous imprisonment[14].

In 1983, Safia Bibi, a nearly blind teenaged domestic servant was allegedly raped by her employer and his son. Due to lack of evidence, she was convicted for adultery under the Zina ordinance, while the rapists were acquitted. She was sentenced to fifteen lashes, five years imprisonment, and a fine of 1000 rupees. The decision attracted so much publicity and condemnation from the public and the press that the Federal Shariah Court of its own motion, called for the records of the case and ordered that she should be released from prison on her own bond. Subsequently, on appeal, the finding of the trial court was reversed and the conviction was set aside[15].

But let's not pretend this is only a Pakistani issue. Let's look at relatively advanced UAE:
Woman who reported rape jailed for one year

    ...
They said that, HA, 19, then called five of his friends – four Emiratis and one Iraqi – and invited them to join him in raping her in the backseat of his Nissan Altima. Charges against one defendant were later dropped.
    ...
Prosecutors said the fact she agreed to go with him alone in the car partly showed her consent to sex.
    ...

Because she agreed to go in the car they forced her to drop the accusation of rape! To the Islamic court, no rape occurred! Scratch another one from the rape statistics list.

And then there's the rape victim in Saudi Arabia who was sentenced to 100 lashes -- and when she appealed they doubled it to 200 lashes to punish her for appealing[/url]. Her lawyer was also disciplined for the crime of appealing!

And let's not forget the Bangladeshi woman who was sentenced to 101 lashes for becoming pregnant while being raped -- while her assailant was not punished in any way.

Seriously, WTF? No moral person could argue that rape statistics published under these circumstances bear any relation at all to reality.
