    I prefer the Common Law that I am currently under that is prevalent in the Commonwealth countries and in USA and Australia. Rules limit freedom but we live in a society, freedom is a relative term and is not absolute.

    Back to the case, I think the Muslim community over reacted and is flexing its muscles too much though I do have some disagreement on how the mother handle the case, but I guess it is a family issue and should remain a family issue.
