    Contains about 100 songs, all manually added to the site (hosted on youtube) and many have lyrics added to. These are all in a specific niche.

    Site has received around 500 Unique Visitors each month for the past few months. No monetisation as I haven't had the time.

    Selling Cheap for only $30. Many, many hours originally went into this. Runs of easy to use wordpress with some benefitial tweaks to the design and some plug ins added. Selling to clear some space, first to want it gets it.
