It depends on the music video's owner. Technically it's promotional materials, but it also contains most artists' most valuable music track. All I'm saying is, if you don't know that the owner of the work is allowing distribution, locate your domain in Algeria! ;-) Let me know if you do make a site, I like music vids!

First of all, I'm going to find out if I can do this. I'll pay to use them if I have to (depending on the cost). I'll try to figure something out. Otherwise I'll choose a different kind of website.
